At The Oily Witch, each product and service is created with care, intention, and individuality. Our remedies, blends, and handcrafted items are made or prepared specifically for each client’s unique needs, meaning they are bespoke and non-returnable.

Handmade and Bespoke Products

All products are blended, poured, or crafted to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. This includes aromatherapy remedies, herbal blends, creams, and any tailored wellness preparations.

Consultations, Readings, and Ceremonies

Astrology readings, hypnotherapy sessions, and wellness consultations are also personalised and therefore non-refundable once delivered. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and details at info@oilywitch.co.uk. We’ll review each case with care and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or shop credit.
