Dear Witch of the Wheel,

As the first sheaves of grain are gathered and the golden Sun begins its gentle descent, I invite you to join me in celebrating Lammas – the Witch’s First Harvest and a time to give thanks for growth, transformation, and the fruits of your intentions.

Together we’ll honour:

 The Turning of the Sun – marking the beginning of the waning light

 The Baking of Lammas Bread – with herbs and ancient prayers woven in

 Crafting of Corn Dollies – including gluten-free options, to embody the Goddess’s cycle

 Rituals of Rebirth – as we reflect on what has come to fruition and what must be released

 Offerings to the Earth – calling in protection, abundance, and sacred rest

This ancient sabbat, also known as Lughnasadh, honours the Celtic god Lugh and the power of community, storytelling, and sacred toil. In this circle, we’ll connect with the Mother’s wisdom, the land’s song, and the quiet knowing that harvest is a time of both gratitude and letting go.

 Bring with you:

• Seasonal flowers, homegrown herbs, or a small handmade offering for the altar
• A journal, a favourite mug, and any tools you’d like to bless under the Sun’s gaze
• Comfortable clothes for outdoor connection, and your wild heart
